八名研究生获得了“第二届(2016)全球华人水动力学学术会议学生优秀论文奖”：M. M. Bhatti (上海大学)、高梦忱(中国科学院力学研究所)、耿琳琳(江苏大学)、Hinchung Ho (University of Cambridge)、李志伟(中国船舶科学研究中心)、刘浩然(中国科学与技术大学)、刘慧(浙江大学)、宋雅岚(上海交通大学)。

ICHD 常设秘书处的工作汇报

一）建立

2014年10月9日，第十一届国际水动力学会议（ICHD）在新加坡南洋理工大学召开前夕，ICHD执行委员会（Executive Committee，EC）会议胜利召开。会议讨论通过了一项决议：ICHD的执行委员会批准建立常设秘书处，并同意将秘书处放置在《水动力学力学研究与进展》编辑部。

 二）常规工作

1） 网站建设

2014年底，ICHD常设秘书处建立一个永久网站（http://www.ichd-home.com），该网站由编辑部管理与维护。

2） 制度建设

制定了常设秘书处工作细则，界定了秘书处的工作范围、权利和义务，相应细则经过执行委员会通讯评议，并公布在网站（http://www.ichd-home.com/secretariat.html）

3）协助ICHD’2016的组织

2015年11月，第12届ICHD摘要征收截止过后，稿件不足40篇，当地组织者向常设秘书求助。在常设秘书处的积极宣传和鼓动下，ICHD收到超过160余摘要，并最后确定录用130余篇，这为ICHD’2016的成功召开提供了重要的帮助。

4）协调EC会议、筹备换届工作

2016年上半年，秘书处积极联络全体的执行委员，为2016年9月的执行委员会会议的举办和换届做了大量的协调和筹备工作。

5）确定ICHD的永久会标

由于ICHD的历届会标大致相仿，但风格不一。秘书处综合历届会标的特色，最终确定了ICHD的永久会标。

6） 秘书处的换届工作

2014年底，秘书处秘书长由《水动力学力学研究与进展》杂志社社长颜开研究员担任；2016年9月起，秘书长由《水动力学力学研究与进展》编委会秘书长卢东强担任。
